Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Lead the Finished Goods Supply Planning function for Nestlé Health Science’s Specialty Brands business, overseeing internal manufacturing and external co‑manufacturing operations. The role balances customer service, inventory, capacity and cost objectives while developing a high‑performing planning team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4‑5 Supply Planners delivering standardized planning processes and meeting service, inventory and financial targets.
• Develop and maintain supply plans that balance customer service, inventory levels, manufacturing constraints and total delivered cost.
• Manage short‑term and long‑term capacity planning with internal manufacturing sites and external co‑manufacturing partners to mitigate supply risks.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical supply issues, coordinating cross‑functional resolution with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Support innovation, network optimization and strategic supply chain projects by providing capacity assessments and inventory strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including supply planning, demand planning or manufacturing.
• 2‑3 years of leadership experience managing planning teams.
• Experience with internal manufacturing and external co‑manufacturing networks, preferably in international markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP APO, SAP IBP, OMP or equivalent planning systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
