Supply Chain Planner – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Plan. Coordinate. Deliver. Are you a detail‑oriented planner who enjoys solving complex scheduling and supply chain challenges? We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to ensure products are manufactured and delivered efficiently while meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and supply plans to support customer demand.
• Review customer requirements and determine the most efficient manufacturing approach.
• Coordinate with production, materials, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing priorities, equipment downtime, or supply issues.
• Balance workloads, capacity, inventory levels, and resources across operations.
• Support forecasting and long‑range planning efforts.
• Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.
• Participate in cross‑functional planning and operations meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/planning systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
