Supply Chain Planner

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Planner to develop and maintain production and supply plans that meet customer demand. In this position you will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Materials, Logistics and leadership teams to ensure efficient manufacturing and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and supply plans aligned with customer demand.
• Review customer requirements and determine the most efficient manufacturing approach.
• Coordinate with production, materials, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing priorities, equipment downtime, or supply issues.
• Balance workloads, capacity, inventory levels, and resources across operations.
• Support forecasting and long‑range planning efforts.
• Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.
• Participate in cross‑functional planning and operations meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
