Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

As a Supply Chain Analyst at 3M, you will work across multiple value streams to ensure finished‑goods availability and continuity for our customers. You will collaborate with global teams, drive improvement projects, and support the Commercial Branding & Transportation division in optimizing service, inventory, and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the supply of finished goods through 3M plants and subcontractors.
• Identify gaps in the supply chain and implement solutions to maintain continuity.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Operations and Commercial Branding & Transportation to optimize end‑to‑end processes.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects aligned with division planning objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as inventory, service level, and cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) completed prior to start.
• Minimum three years of supply chain planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Experience in multiple supply‑chain roles (demand, supply, production planning).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working on cross‑functional and international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3M Planning Systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
