Supplier Management Specialist

About the role

The Supplier Management Specialist drives performance of strategic suppliers, ensuring quality, service, cost and value while building strong partnerships and supporting end‑to‑end supply‑chain resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs, and regular reviews.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing, service levels and renewal processes.
• Support sourcing initiatives by contributing to RFPs, RFIs, supplier assessments and onboarding.
• Track supplier spend, volumes and cost trends, verify invoices and identify savings opportunities.
• Assess and mitigate operational, financial, geopolitical and cybersecurity risks, maintaining risk registers and continuity plans.
• Maintain supplier dashboards, analyse data and provide insights to stakeholders for forecasting and capacity planning.
