Strategy & Ops Associate, Applied AI

About the role

Clipboard is seeking a Strategy & Ops Associate focused on Applied AI to strengthen and scale its internal tooling ecosystem. In this hands‑on, individual‑contributor position you will partner with leadership to refine existing systems and introduce new automation solutions that keep operations efficient as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑priority tooling and automation initiatives across the operational stack.
• Build, iterate, and maintain workflows, integrations, and automations that improve day‑to‑day efficiency.
• Support and enhance multiple tools, including support platforms and AI‑driven solutions.
• Translate defined problems into well‑scoped technical solutions.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current tooling and proactively address them.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and ensure tools perform effectively in production.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in how systems connect and operate together.

Required profile

• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling.
• Strong execution discipline – able to drive defined problems to completion while managing multiple priorities.
• Systems thinking – understands how tools, workflows, and dependencies interconnect.
