Strategy Director, Crossix Audience Segments

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Strategy Director to lead the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Audience Segments. You will act as a market owner and subject‑matter expert, partnering with sales and product teams to drive revenue and ensure early‑adopter success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to develop strategic partnerships and drive customer success.
• Deliver stable and repeatable revenue growth through strategic account planning.
• Hold the sales team accountable for execution and results.
• Aid in effective new product and feature adoption and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of client‑facing consulting or strategy experience.
• At least 2 years in a media‑related role, including media planning or buying.
• Strong data‑analysis background with a passion for storytelling.
• Life sciences industry experience.
• Effective communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
• Proven project‑management experience across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
