Strategy & Analytics Associate

About the role

The Strategy & Analytics Associate works on the Solution Analytics team to turn pilot data sets into rigorous ROI narratives that guide partner decisions and accelerate adoption of SentiLink’s fraud‑prevention solutions. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering to translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready stories that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery calls with account executives and discuss fraud‑mitigation strategies.
• Strategize with the sales team to align solutions with partner needs and create compelling presentations.
• Support the sales team on technical queries and establish best practices through coaching.
• Design and execute analyses for white papers, identify emerging fraud insights, and collaborate on publishing.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience at a VC‑backed startup, management consulting, banking, or private‑equity firm with an analytical focus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work independently.
• Enthusiastic about the future of financial services, fraud, and identity.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and residing in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• SQL knowledge (a plus).
• Python programming (a plus).
