Strategic Projects Lead

About the role

Roboflow Labs is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to own the delivery engine for datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs. You will manage the end‑to‑end process from intake through execution, review, and final shipment, ensuring high‑quality outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
• Build processes that make quality visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
• Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.

Required profile

• Highly organized operator who thrives on ownership.
• High agency with a bias toward action.
• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or reinforcement‑learning workflows.
• Outstanding organization, judgement, and communication skills.

• Target compensation of $150,000 – $300,000 base salary plus equity.
