About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Belmont Park Village location in Elmont, NY. Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, merchandising, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention procedures, and safety standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment that reflects Levi’s brand values and enhances customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail store management experience, preferably in apparel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
