Staff Web Designer, UI/UX

About the role

Shield AI’s Marketing team is seeking a senior designer to lead the creation and execution of integrated brand campaigns. You will work closely with the Director of Brand and Creative to turn strategy into distinctive visual concepts that span digital, social, events, presentations, advertising and other touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cohesive brand campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring visual consistency.
• Translate campaign strategy and creative briefs into scalable visual systems and distinctive concepts.
• Provide direction, feedback, and hands‑on support to designers, agencies and production partners.
• Collaborate with writers, video teams, marketers and external partners to align messaging and visuals.
• Own high‑visibility design work while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio of integrated brand campaigns.
• Expert command of visual design fundamentals such as typography, composition, color and art direction.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to defend creative decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑visibility projects and deliver polished work under demanding timelines.
