About the role

Anthropic is looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to shape the technical foundation of its AI‑driven education platform. You will define how millions of learners interact with Claude, from real‑time content delivery to adaptive assessments and credential verification.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and own an enterprise‑ready education platform, including authentication/SSO, learner data models, content delivery, credentialing, and progress tracking.
• Set the technical vision for AI‑augmented educational experiences and decide what to build, extend, or replace as needs evolve.
• Build pipelines that generate and adapt content, deliver assessments, and ensure quality, working closely with educators.
• Design platform capabilities that enable new, AI‑forward learning features at scale.

Required profile

• Senior‑level full‑stack engineer with a genuine interest in how people learn.
• Proven ability to make independent technical decisions and drive architectural vision.
• Experience collaborating with security, infrastructure, data teams, and educational stakeholders.
