Staff Pickleball Pro

About the role

We have an exciting part‑time opportunity as a Staff Pickleball Pro at Courts Plus. The role supports peak program hours and requires availability during weekday evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct pickleball lessons for adults and juniors.
• Assist other instructors in group lessons and clinics.
• Help with pickleball‑related events when requested.
• Run or assist with open play sessions.
• Maintain an orderly court environment, including setting up and taking down nets.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and report wear or malfunctions.

Required profile

• Some college education with at least two years of teaching experience.
• Pickleball certification or the ability to play at a 4.0 level.

• Hourly pay ranging from $25 to $32, based on experience.
