Staff Landscape Architect

About the role

Langan is looking for a Staff Landscape Architect to join its collaborative team in Panama City. The role supports the planning, design, and permitting of landscape architecture, land‑development, and infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients across the United States and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design, and permitting of landscape architecture, civil engineering, and land‑development projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Perform zoning, ordinance, and permit assessments to evaluate project feasibility.
• Prepare and modify design and engineering documents, including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, and cost estimates.
• Analyze soil composition, terrain, hydrology, topography, and geology to inform design decisions.
• Provide field inspection services as needed and support additional tasks as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
