Sr Associate, Strategic Finance (Growth Finance)

About the role

As a Senior Associate on Uber's Strategic Finance team, you will help scale financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities across the business. Your insights will drive real‑time decisions that support growth, profitability, and the broader ecosystem of couriers, restaurants, and drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
• Apply business judgment and financial insights to support new initiatives, products, and opportunities.
• Build and improve sophisticated financial models from scratch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute projects and operationalize insights.
• Continuously learn new technical skill sets and adapt to evolving business needs.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or operations.
• Proven experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
