SPS Ultrasound Operations Leader

About the role

The SPS Ultrasound Operations Leader will head the newly formed Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) Ultrasound organization, uniting teams across locations around a shared purpose and high‑performance culture. You will own end‑to‑end service‑parts availability for Ultrasound businesses, driving planning, supply management, lifecycle optimization and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SPS Ultrasound Operations team and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Own end‑to‑end service‑parts availability and supply‑chain performance across regions.
• Drive planning, supply management, lifecycle optimization, and risk management to improve availability and reduce backorders.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Service, Procurement, regional teams, suppliers and field‑service stakeholders to mature the operating model.
• Grow parts sales and repair/recovery performance while promoting continuous improvement and AI‑enabled decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 8+ years (or 6+ with Master’s) experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Process Improvement or Operational Excellence.
• Proven track record of building and integrating teams, leading organizational transformation and fostering a customer‑first, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Competitive salary range $173,000 – $275,000 annually (Bothell, WA).
