Spring 2027 Key User – Supply Chain / Computer Science Co‑op

About the role

As a Spring 2027 Key User co‑op, you will join Bosch’s GS/OSD6‑NA Key User Team to support business systems and processes. The position focuses on SAP support, data analysis and process documentation, giving you hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving supply‑chain environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and create clear work instructions for system processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP‑related issues, manage tickets and provide timely end‑user support.
• Generate and analyse data reports to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate on multiple projects, handling assignments and problem tickets simultaneously.
• Identify and propose continuous‑improvement opportunities for systems and workflows.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong reasoning ability and capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work under general supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred but not required).
• Experience or interest in AI tools such as Co‑Pilot, Gemini or ChatGPT.
