Spa/Locker Room Supervisor

About the role

The Madison Club is looking for an experienced Spa & Locker Room Supervisor to lead daily operations of the spa and ladies locker room. This full‑time seasonal role ensures a luxury experience for members and guests while supporting a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the spa and locker room, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Maintain luxury service standards and uphold the club’s brand reputation.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the locker room and spa staff, providing hands‑on guidance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members, greeting them by name and anticipating their needs.
• Respond promptly to member requests, concerns, and service recovery situations.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager and Spa Coordinator to address operational issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure all member information is handled confidentially and with discretion.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the spa and locker room to monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall ambiance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in spa, hospitality, or luxury service environments.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on personalized member experiences.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make confident decisions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays during the October‑June season.
