About the role

Crossix sits at the intersection of big data, innovative technology, media, and life sciences, helping companies improve DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness. We are seeking high‑performing individuals in New York to drive commercial success and widespread adoption of our audience‑targeting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Request new segment builds using internal processes and tools, collaborating with Operations and Production teams.
• Answer and track inbound segment requests from customers.
• Analyze segment performance to support merchandising success and recommend optimizations.
• Learn and apply client strategy to enable customer success across defined accounts.
• Ensure we exceed client expectations throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• Understanding of the digital ecosystem with 2+ years of experience at a DSP, media platform, or agency.
• Proven individual contributor with strong project‑management and execution track record.
• Client‑facing experience preferred.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with solid time‑management and prioritization skills.

• Base salary $75,000 – $100,000 per year, plus variable bonus and/or stock incentives.
