About the role

Join Sierra as a Software Engineer focused on Insights, building the next generation of analytics and monitoring tools for AI agents. You will work closely with product and data teams to turn massive performance data into actionable visualizations and experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a system for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about agent performance, enabling A/B testing for data‑driven decisions.
• Develop Explorer, an AI‑powered conversational data clustering tool that combines ChatGPT‑style interaction with advanced analytics.
• Build proactive monitoring infrastructure to detect agent defects and emerging patterns in real time.

Required profile

• A passion for frontier AI products and a strong drive to deliver customer impact.
• Motivation and high agency in a high‑autonomy, outcome‑focused culture.
• Alignment with Sierra’s values, balancing craftsmanship, customer obsession, and intensity.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade products and systems.
• Comfort building and shipping full‑stack solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
