Software Engineer II - Full-stack Developer with Anthropic Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our AI & Engineering team as a full-stack developer with experience in Anthropic’s Claude models. The role involves designing, building and delivering end-to-end software solutions that integrate generative AI capabilities for large enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems.
• Create and support microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads and infrastructure-as-code configurations.
• Integrate large language model platforms, especially Anthropic Claude, to build context-aware features, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, tool-calling workflows and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical designs, estimate effort and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot defects, improve performance, write automated tests and support production readiness, including incident response and on-call rotations.
