Software Engineer – AI‑Native Front‑End & Back‑End Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to create AI‑native, high‑performance interfaces that empower leading revenue teams. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from user research and prototyping to delivering reliable features in production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing, high‑performance front‑end interfaces and multi‑agent workflows.
• Collaborate with design, infrastructure, and applied AI teams, acting as the bridge between front‑end and back‑end engineers.
• Conduct UX/UI research, deliver pixel‑perfect implementations, and optimize asynchronous front‑end performance.
• Build and maintain durable, scalable back‑end systems, including real‑time distributed services and data infrastructure.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, participate in calls, and deliver solutions alongside the product team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience developing end‑to‑end product features.
• 2+ years working with frontend frameworks such as TypeScript and React.
• 2+ years of Python development and full‑stack experience with Flask and AWS.
• Experience building large‑scale real‑time distributed systems, back‑end data infrastructure, and enterprise RBAC authentication.
