Software Engineer – Agent Builder

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to help build and improve our Agent Builder platform, which enables customers to create, test, and manage AI agents at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a simulation platform (τ‑Bench) to benchmark AI agents across real‑world scenarios.
• Develop intuitive, no‑code content‑management tools that let users guide and test agents.
• Adapt traditional software development lifecycles to support non‑deterministic AI behavior, natural‑language interactions, and large language models (Sierra’s ADLC).
• Accelerate agent creation using generative tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and build self‑improving systems based on user feedback and self‑play.

Required profile

• Passion for frontier AI products and a high‑agency mindset to drive outcomes.
• Alignment with company values of trust, customer obsession, craftsmanship, intensity, and family balance.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade products and systems.
• Experience shipping full‑stack solutions and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
