About the role

Sprezzatura is seeking a remote Software Developer to design, code, and modify applications for a key Department of Veterans Affairs program. The role blends innovation with collaboration to deliver high‑quality, user‑friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical support to teammates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
