SOFCOM Business Relationship Manager

About the role

The SOFCOM Business Relationship Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES‑X) program and its customers. You will drive customer satisfaction, align service delivery with business outcomes, and support a high‑tempo, globally dispersed team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for area customers, translating their requirements into project priorities.
• Maintain constructive relationships with customers, handling complaints and escalations through a formal process.
• Oversee local staff and subordinate supervisors, providing technical, administrative, and operational guidance.
• Develop and manage technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task orders.
• Coordinate deliverables with vendors, other agencies, and client staff while ensuring quality assurance.
• Manage supply‑chain actions, procurements, and software maintenance.
• Conduct regular budget and financial reviews, supporting strategic planning and customer spending analysis.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in program delivery, customer engagement, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
