Service Technician – Avana Cordoba

About the role

The Service Technician for Avana Cordoba ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports residents by addressing maintenance requests and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to keep building systems operating efficiently.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
• Schedule and oversee external service providers, ensuring all work complies with regulatory and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality of property areas.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety protocols, and code requirements.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents and coordinating with vendors.
