Service Technician – Aurum

About the role

The Service Technician – Aurum will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas of a stabilized residential property in top condition. This full‑time position supports Greystar’s commitment to safety, cleanliness and overall functionality for residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose the source of defects or problems and carry out repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
  • Maintain building systems, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC components, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
  • Document work performed, update maintenance logs and communicate status to supervisors.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work Wednesday‑Sunday, 9 am‑6 pm (schedule may change based on business needs).
  • Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and adhering to safety protocols.
