Service and Support Specialist

About the role

The Service and Support Specialist is responsible for managing end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes, ensuring smooth import, export and domestic order flows while supporting customers and internal logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manages all Order‑to‑Cash processes for import, export and domestic orders, including sample requests.
• Oversees supply and demand processes for off‑line locations, shipping transactions and paperwork for aged or damaged goods.
• Monitors shipment dates, coordinates with European and Asian plants, and supports Europe customer service and supply‑chain teams.
• Handles the full customer order chain from order entry to billing, working with carriers, warehouses, SAP and surveyors.
• Works with customs brokers on import and export transactions and ensures regulatory compliance (COA, labels, SDS).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer service or sales‑related functions within a supply‑chain environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and other IT tools such as MS Dynamics, MS Teams and CRM.
• Understanding of logistics, sourcing, regulatory documentation and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and ability to work independently under high‑volume workload.
