Server – Upscale Country Club

About the role

Join the Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club as a Server, delivering upscale dining experiences in a private country‑club setting. The position offers both part‑time and full‑time schedules with a $10 hourly wage.

Key responsibilities

• Present menus, answer guest questions, and recommend food, beverages, and wines.
• Take and enter food and drink orders, ensure accurate delivery to the kitchen, and serve dishes and drinks to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Handle cash, process credit‑card payments, and prepare itemized checks.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking service areas, setting tables, and cleaning.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a server in an upscale restaurant or country‑club environment.
• Ability to promote the club’s mission and provide courteous, attentive service.

Required skills

• Operation of POS systems and cash registers.
• Credit‑card processing and basic accounting for checks.
• Proficiency with office‑suite software and web‑based applications.
