SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Manager to lead our AI‑driven organic growth strategy, shaping how enterprise buyers discover our platform across traditional search and emerging AI answer engines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO strategy for traditional and AI answer engines to drive organic growth on high‑priority terms.
• Build and scale an AI‑powered content engine that creates high‑quality, gated assets to attract enterprise buyers and support demand generation.
• Own technical SEO—including site architecture, page speed, internal linking, and backlink strategy—to improve crawlability, indexing, rankings, and domain authority.
• Lead AI search strategy (AEO/GEO), monitor rankings across Google and LLMs, and measure SEO impact to connect rankings, traffic, leads, and pipeline.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of SEO experience driving organic growth for B2B and technical audiences with proven impact on rankings and pipeline.
• Deep technical SEO expertise covering site architecture, crawlability, indexation, page performance, and structured data/schema markup.
• Strong content strategy and editorial judgment, leveraging AI to scale high‑quality content for enterprise buyers.
• Data‑driven mindset proficient with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and LLM rank‑tracking tools.
