About the role
The Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner is responsible for administering California workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with state regulations and supporting claimants throughout the process.
Required profile
- Graduation from college or equivalent accreditation.
- Minimum five years of recent experience with increasing responsibility in the administration of California workers' compensation claims.
- Successful completion of the state examination for Administrator, Self‑Insurance Workers' Compensation claims.
Application requirements
- Complete an online EDJoin application and attach all required documents.
- Provide a Mandatory Employment Disclosure listing all previous Local Education Agency (LEA) employment.
- Attach a resume and proof of college graduation (degree copy or transcript).
- If holding a foreign degree, submit it to an approved education evaluation service at the candidate’s expense.
