Senior Tech Recruiter – AI & Data Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join Investigo’s New York AI Sciences & Technology team. In this recruiter‑focused role you will lead the sourcing and placement of top talent across AI, data, software engineering and cybersecurity domains, driving growth for our high‑demand client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and place senior professionals in AI/ML, data science, backend and platform engineering, and cybersecurity roles.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with cutting‑edge technology companies and their hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from market research to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape talent strategies and expand the firm’s presence in emerging tech markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360° tech recruiter with a focus on AI, data and advanced technology roles.
• Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to anticipate hiring needs.
• Desire for autonomy, ownership and high earning potential through commission‑based compensation.
• Track record of building long‑term client relationships and delivering results in a fast‑moving environment.
