Senior Site Development Engineer/Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Development Engineer and Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from concept through construction. The role combines technical design, budgeting, and client coordination to deliver high‑quality community infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project work plans, scopes, and schedules; monitor progress and provide oversight.
• Prepare fee proposals, manage budgets, invoicing, and cost models throughout project phases.
• Produce roadway, grading, drainage, water and sewer designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Generate technical memoranda, design plans, specifications, and reports for private and municipal clients.
• Administer quality assurance, conduct permitting, and support construction observation and contractor coordination.
• Lead and mentor staff, allocate resources, and ensure profitable project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or ability to obtain within one year.
• 15‑20 years of progressive civil design experience, including drainage, utility, roadway, and development design.
• Proven project management and team‑leadership abilities.
