Senior Resident Service Coordinator – Daly City

About the role

The Senior Resident Service Coordinator supports prospective tenants, current residents, and property staff by delivering high‑quality customer service and ensuring a vibrant community experience at Greystar’s Daly City property.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Address resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and other inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse or activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, collect fees, and provide additional amenities.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect building and grounds for safety and cleanliness, notifying maintenance of needed repairs.
• Provide clerical support to office staff, including phone handling, filing, invoice processing, and lease/renewal paperwork.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in resident services or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation for both prospective and current tenants.
• Ability to handle resident issues, coordinate community activities, and support office operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of property management processes and resident coordination.
• Experience processing work orders and preparing maintenance reports.
• Ability to manage newsletters, event scheduling, and rental contracts.
