Senior Project Manager – MSP Implementation (Remote, US)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Managed Service Provider (MSP) implementation projects for our clients across multiple countries. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions, from configuration to data migration, while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end MSP implementation projects for new and expanding client accounts.
• Oversee all work streams, including configuration, business process design, supplier onboarding, finance setup, and data migration.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans using Smartsheet, keeping teams and stakeholders informed.
• Track project budgets, report variances, and manage financial targets.
• Produce regular status updates with RAG dashboards and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate daily work‑stream meetings, governance calls, and ad‑hoc troubleshooting sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimise impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery of project milestones and key deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, internal teams, and leadership.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing complex advisory, workforce, or MSP solutions.
• Proven hands‑on MSP implementation experience.
• Track record managing multiple work streams and stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficiency with project‑management methodologies and tools (Smartsheet preferred).
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems such as Beeline or Fieldglass.
• Strong operational client‑management skills and a history of high client satisfaction.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
