Senior Project Manager – Managed Service Provider Implementation

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end Managed Service Provider (MSP) implementation projects for new and expanding client accounts across multiple countries. You will own all work streams, from configuration and business‑process design to supplier onboarding, finance setup and data migration, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MSP implementation projects, coordinating multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor and update detailed project plans using Smartsheet.
• Track project budgets, report variances and manage financial targets.
• Produce regular status updates with RAG dashboards and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate daily meetings, governance calls and ad‑hoc troubleshooting sessions.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimise impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, internal teams and leadership.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing complex advisory, workforce or MSP solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams in fast‑paced, high‑complexity environments.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems such as Beeline or Fieldglass.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel up to 10 %.

Required skills

• Smartsheet for project planning and tracking.
• Beeline or Fieldglass (or similar VMS platforms).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – nice to have.
