Senior Project Manager – Large Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale hospitality construction projects for a reputable firm in Chicago. The role involves overseeing all phases from pre‑construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality‑control measures.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Manage procurement processes, including contract negotiations and material purchases.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
