Senior Project Manager – Land Development

About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads land development projects from initiation through successful completion, coordinating engineering teams, contractors, and vendors while ensuring budget adherence and high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, defining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assist senior staff in integrating efforts of engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Support senior management in creating and implementing project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist with proposals and contract preparation.
• Manage contract budgets and track project status.
• Coordinate with CPH staff to guarantee quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience on civil design projects for site development, drainage, or municipal work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong multitasking skills with strict adherence to deadlines.
• Knowledge of codes, design, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Deltek Vision.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project‑management platforms.
• Competence in Civil 3D.
