Senior Project Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Own the health of Creature's healthcare project portfolio, ensuring consistent discipline and access for clients across the portfolio while developing project managers into leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery across every active healthcare project without running any one directly, holding PMs accountable for schedule, scope and execution.
• Own gross margin and forecasting in aggregate across the healthcare program, protecting margin decisions that cross project lines.
• Serve as senior point of accountability for healthcare client relationships, accelerating decisions beyond individual project chains.
• Lead, coach and develop the portfolio of PMs, building a bench capable of independent client and contract management.
• Drive proactive risk management, compliance (safety, ICRA, schedule) and align design, preconstruction and field functions.

Required profile

• Ownership over coordination and results at the program level.
• Focus on accomplishment measured by portfolio outcomes.
• Ability to detect patterns across projects that individual PMs may miss.
• Mastery of communication to keep PMs, clients and leadership aligned.
• Reliability so leadership never has to chase for portfolio truth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procore.
• Proficiency with PowerBI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as ICRA and AHCA.
