Senior Product Manager – Line Planning & Design

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Line Planning & Design suite within its Digital Product Creation program. The role sits at the intersection of physical garment development and the digital tools that enable designers and merchandisers to bring concepts to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and promote a vision for the future of line planning and design, aligning product strategy with merchandising and downstream systems.
• Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for a suite of digital tools, translating vision into use cases, requirements and user stories.
• Drive product development using prototypes and MVPs, testing assumptions and iterating based on user engagement.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decisions, run experiments, and establish OKRs and analytics to measure success.
• Document current processes, identify opportunities for radical redesign, and lead change adoption with global merchandising and design teams.
• Prioritize a dynamic backlog, balancing new ideas, enhancement requests, competitive insights and engagement data.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and internal technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in line planning, merchandising, design or product creation within retail or apparel.
• Strong ability to articulate vision, motivate cross‑functional partners and drive adoption of new processes.
• Data‑informed decision‑making mindset with experience in experimentation and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing product backlogs and working with engineering or vendor partners.
