Senior Product Designer

About the role

Posh is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its New York office and help shape the future of live‑experience platforms. You will be responsible for defining user experiences across a two‑sided mobile app and a web application that connect event organizers with attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces for both mobile and web platforms.
• Create high‑fidelity visual designs that align with Posh’s brand and modern UI patterns.
• Conduct user research and leverage data insights to inform design decisions.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design process, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and growth teams.
• Iterate rapidly, gathering feedback and refining designs for maximum impact.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale to executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating system‑level thinking and visual craftsmanship.
• Ability to balance pragmatic, high‑impact design with long‑term vision.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable turning research and metrics into design solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
