Senior Operations Analyst

About the role

Cintel is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) with aerial target flight services and small unmanned aerial systems. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing aerial target operations for DoD and foreign military sales customers, both within the United States and overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute aerial target events, including launch, recovery, logistics, and transportation coordination.
• Provide on‑site mission support, technical documentation, and after‑action reporting.
• Coordinate range and airspace scheduling, frequency management, and external support agencies.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate equipment placement, ground support needs, and mission feasibility.
• Support procurement, sustainment planning, and contract actions related to aerial target systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of relevant experience (or fifteen years in lieu of a degree).
• Secret security clearance required, with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• On‑site presence at Redstone Arsenal and up to 35% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Strong knowledge of unmanned aerial target operations, logistics, and range coordination.
