Senior Mobile App Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer to join our small, remote mobile team. You will design, build, and maintain cross‑platform applications that empower our field marketing and sales staff to manage leads, track production, and sync data with our custom production management system and HubSpot CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React Native and Expo applications for iOS and Android.
• Lead architectural decisions and evolve patterns for new and existing mobile projects.
• Implement offline‑first data caching, synchronization, and conflict‑resolution strategies.
• Integrate with Supabase‑backed APIs, custom production management system, and HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers on data models and API contracts.
• Optimize performance, security, and usability across devices.
• Own release cadence, versioning, build channels, and TestFlight/Play Store testing.
• Maintain compatibility with older OS versions using shims where needed.
• Define test coverage across unit, component, and end‑to‑end tests.

Required profile

• 7+ years of production mobile development experience, with at least 4 years using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience with Expo for build, deployment, and device management.
• Proven ability to deliver features end‑to‑end with minimal oversight.
