Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support enterprise Customer Service modernization initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The role involves designing secure, scalable CRM solutions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with architects and government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications, including plugins, workflows, forms, and entities.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in code reviews.
• Support unit testing, UAT, production deployments, and release management while troubleshooting production issues.
• Document solution designs, operational procedures, and ensure compliance with security and development standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development and 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise CRM customizations, integrations, and automation solutions.
