Senior Marketer – Professional Buyer & Insurance Marketing

About the role

Invesco is seeking a creative and organized Senior Marketer to lead professional‑buyer and insurance marketing initiatives. You will shape strategy, execute integrated campaigns, and use data‑driven insights to influence client behavior across the investment‑professional landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership to design and deliver plans for professional‑buyer and insurance audiences.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, paid/earned media, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with sales and cross‑functional partners to ensure clear, relevant messaging and positioning.
• Lead campaign execution from brief to delivery, working with Content, Digital, Email, Design, Social, Events, Advertising, and Media Relations teams.
• Use performance metrics to evaluate results, optimize campaigns, and inform future planning.
• Support sales distribution with impactful marketing programs, content, and tools.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while strengthening proprietary programs and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of client needs and market trends affecting investment professionals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with email, digital, social, and event marketing channels.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
