About the role

The Senior Manager, Workplace Experience will lead the creation and maintenance of a safe, welcoming, and productive office environment for employees and tenants. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines office services, facilities oversight, and tenant relations to drive workplace satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead office experience and operations, including administrative services, reception, and facilities management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, inclusive workplace optimized for collaboration and productivity.
  • Oversee desk allocation, hoteling, meeting‑room systems, and office layout design.
  • Establish an ambassador team to gather cross‑departmental feedback.
  • Support new‑hire onboarding with workplace branding and values integration.
  • Ensure space and meeting‑room readiness and coordinate with internal communications on workplace messaging.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, and Security on cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Collect and analyse workplace data such as space utilization and employee feedback.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, office moves, and redesign projects.
  • Supervise receptionist roles and act as primary liaison for tenant inquiries.
  • Conduct tenant satisfaction surveys and coordinate maintenance issue resolution.
  • Lead and coach a hospitality‑focused team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement sustainability programs, including recycling and energy‑reduction initiatives.
  • Support corporate social‑responsibility initiatives through events and partnerships.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace operations, tenant services, or corporate real estate.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience overseeing office services and managing teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute workplace strategies that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
