Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships

About the role

SKIMS is looking for a Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships to design and execute high‑impact collaborations that boost brand awareness, cultural relevance, and commercial growth. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, you will work at the intersection of fashion, beauty, entertainment and sport to bring the brand’s vision to life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end management of strategic brand partnerships across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, sport and cultural platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies and key stakeholders.
• Oversee partnership timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals and post‑campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with Creative, Influencer, Social, PR, Retail, E‑Commerce and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Prepare strategic briefs, presentation decks and executive recaps for leadership.
• Monitor cultural trends, competitive activity and emerging partnership opportunities.
• Support special projects, launches, experiential activations and global brand moments.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a solutions‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in partnership marketing, brand collaborations or related fields within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Deep understanding of brand storytelling, pop culture, consumer behavior and partnership ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from concept through execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating partnership performance.
