Senior Manager, Consumer Program

About the role

The Senior Manager, Consumer Program leads AB’s ongoing consumer surveys, overseeing program evolution, agency coordination, and the integration of data insights across the business. This high‑visibility position requires deep expertise in survey research, data analysis, and strong leadership to translate findings into strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program management, including questionnaire updates, innovative analysis, and integration with other data sources.
• Collaborate with the technology team to develop and evolve reporting dashboards aligned with business objectives.
• Drive user enablement by training teams on metrics and dashboard usage.
• Manage a team of eight external agency resources, prioritizing work to meet strategic timelines.
• Oversee annual consumer research budget, optimizing resources and negotiating contracts.
• Design and deliver performance reports for US C‑Suite, Brand VPs, and Global Insights teams, providing actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Understanding of database functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
