Senior Maintenance Technician – Broadstone Strata

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for its Broadstone Strata property in Seattle. You will ensure that the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain the cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment, appliances, and building systems.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
