Main Missions

• Provide expert legal counsel on insurance laws, regulations, and liability clauses within commercial agreements.
• Manage high-stakes litigation and landmark legal cases to protect the company's interests.
• Support claims management, civil subpoenas, and document production processes.
• Lead proactive discovery efforts and provide preventive product liability advice.
• Advise on emerging legal frameworks regarding autonomous vehicles, AI, and liability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Policy, Safety) to define transport policies and ensure global regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the legal on-call rotation for incident response and manage information requests during investigations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in litigation management and insurance law within a high-tech or complex regulatory environment.
• Ability to navigate the intersection of emerging technology (AI/Autonomous Driving) and traditional legal frameworks.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work alongside engineering, product, and policy experts.
• Strategic thinker capable of anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Resilience and readiness to handle incident response and high-pressure legal inquiries.
